The parade begins at 2 PM at the intersection of Wisconsin Avenue and N. Oneida Street. It follows a route along W. Wisconsin Avenue to N. State Street. It follows N. State Street to W. Following the parade, the area around City Park is utilized for pick-up of parade participants and tear-down of parade units. As a result, the following streets in that area will experience higher than normal levels of traffic:

E. Franklin Street
N. Union Street
E. North Street
E. Eldorado Street
N. Bateman Street
E. Pacific Street

A bypass route has been planned for northbound motorists on South Oneida Street (crossing the Skyline Bridge). It utilizes W. Prospect Avenue and diverts traffic to S. Memorial Drive. Northbound traffic on S. Oneida Street does have the ability to travel to the city parking ramps and YMCA ramp on the south side of College Avenue.

(Currently, S. Oneida Street is closed to through traffic between E. Fremont Street and W. Foster Street.) It is suggested to motorists passing through the area to avoid the aforementioned areas, if possible, between 12 PM and 5 PM.
